To ensure a smooth check-in process, kindly let us know your expected arrival time as soon as possible. Please note that check-in time starts at 4PM, but if you require a different check-in time, please let us know in advance so we can mutually agree on the best time.

Your unique code for the front door will be sent to you in a separate message and this will only be enabled for the duration of your stay. Please note that this code will not be enabled until the Rental Agreement is returned signed by the guest making the reservation.

Additionally, we would like to remind you of the house rules,

House Rules:

Follow these rules to be a considerate guest and avoid any issues during your stay.

Please note that adherence to the house rules is essential. Any breaches may lead to the prompt conclusion of the rental agreement, necessitating your immediate departure from the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

- No smoking ($600 cleaning fee)
- No parties or events ($600 cleaning fee)
- No pets ($200 per day per unauthorized pet)
- No Commercial photography and filming allowed
- No illegal narcotics
- Guest making the booking must be 25 years of age or more

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily

Check-in Time: 4:00 PM

Check-out Time: 10:00 AM

Maximum Number of Guests: 10

*A $600 security deposit will be held 2 days prior to the check-in date and automatically released 2 days after the check-out date if no damage was caused by the guests during their stay.

Pool Rules:

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please adhere to the following rules:

-For your safety, please refrain from diving or running around the pool.
-Glass containers are not permitted in or near the pool area to avoid any potential accidents.
-Please refrain from eating in the pool area to keep it clean and hygienic.
-To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10pm and 8am.
-We care about your children's safety, so please do not leave them unattended in the backyard or pool area.
-Swim at your own risk.

These rules are designed to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, and we kindly ask that you respect them during your stay.

At our property, we take pride in providing our guests with the highest level of cleanliness and ensuring that everything is in proper working order. As part of our commitment to excellence, we regularly perform maintenance tasks such as lawncare, pool upkeep, and more. Rest assured that if any work needs to be carried out inside the house, we will seek your approval beforehand. Please note that exterior work will be the only maintenance performed without your prior consent.

Lake:
For the safety and well-being of all guests, swimming is prohibited in Cypress Lake at all times. The use of all watercraft on the lake is at the guests' own risk.

Cypress Palms does not provide a lifeguard on duty. Therefore, the property's owners and agents cannot assume liability for any accidents, lake-related incidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries that may occur during your stay. We strongly encourage all guests to exercise caution and adhere to all posted safety guidelines when using the dock area.

Games Room:
Kindly keep the garage door to the games room/garage closed at all times. Additionally, please turn off the air conditioner in the games room when it's not in use. Thank you for your cooperation!

Drugs:
At Cypress Palms, we maintain a strict policy prohibiting the storage or usage of any illegal drugs on our premises at any time. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.

Smoking:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is not permitted inside our premises at any time.

We do, however, allow outdoor smoking and vaping for your convenience. Please note that we ask all smokers to avoid getting ashes on any furniture and to ensure all butts end up in the garbage to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all.

We take the issue of smoking and vaping seriously, and we strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards smoking indoors. A charge of up to $600 will be applied for smoking inside our premises or for any damage caused to our outdoor furniture as a result of smoking or vaping.

Cameras:

At Cypress Palms, we have taken measures to ensure the protection of our guests by installing Ring cameras at the following locations:
-front door
-over garage
-to the right of the garage
-tree facing the front of the house
-tree on east side of front lawn
-looking over the lake

These cameras only record when motion is detected. There are no cameras inside the house, all cameras are in the front yard with the exception of the dock camera which only faces the lake.

We also have a Minut Decibel Detector in the lanai area for noise.
