Smart TVs (Rokus) are available in the living room, kitchen, both bedrooms, and the office nook. Using your own logins, simply access your favorite TV apps, such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, YouTube, Hulu, NFL, and more. To ensure the privacy and security of your accounts, please remember to log out of your apps prior to your departure. Please note that we do not offer cable TV service at our location, however there are some free channels that offer movies, tv shows, and live channels.

🅿️PARKING Enjoy ample parking with our driveway accommodating up to 4 vehicles. Please do not park on the grass and street parking is prohibited. * Please note that the garage is not available to guests.

 

🛒GROCERIES Looking for convenient grocery options? Publix is a mere half a mile away. If you're after organic and specialty items, Whole Foods is just a 5-minute drive away. And if you're in need of more affordable options, Walmart Supercenter is also only 5 minutes away. Plus, for the ultimate in convenience, grocery delivery options are available to bring the store to your doorstep.

 

🚫PARTIES & EVENTS To ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for our neighbors, Atlantic Palms prohibits parties, receptions, and events of any type. The maximum number of people permitted on the property at any time is 6 people and only those people listed on the rental agreement are permitted on the property at any time, this includes guests who are either visiting or spending the night. Local ordinances require quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am, and any violation will result in a $500 fine per occurrence. By booking with us, you agree to this policy and understand that excessive noise or disturbances may result in non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. We kindly ask that you do not play music outside after 10pm and that you keep noise levels inside the house at a reasonable volume and keep doors closed. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere for all.

 

🚫DRUGS At Atlantic Palms, we maintain a strict policy prohibiting the storage or usage of any illegal drugs on our premises at any time. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.

 

🐶 PETS Pets are not permitted at Atlantic Palms.

 

🚨SECURITY At Atlantic Palms, your safety and security are of utmost importance to us. That's why we have taken measures to ensure the protection of our guests by installing a Ring camera at the front door, facing outwards and a spotlight illuminating the back patio. Additionally, we have a Minut Noise Detector that reads the decibel levels and alerts the hosts if noise levels exceed what is deemed to be acceptable by the local bylaws. We also have a smart lock equipped with a unique code for every new guest and rest assured that this code is automatically deleted at checkout for your peace of mind.

 

🚬SMOKING To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is not permitted inside our premises at any time. We do, however, allow outdoor smoking and vaping for your convenience. Please note that we ask all smokers to avoid ashing on any furniture and to ensure all butts end up in the ash trays to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all. We take the issue of smoking and vaping seriously, and we strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards smoking indoors. A charge of up to $600 will be applied for smoking inside our premises or for any damage caused to our outdoor furniture as a result of smoking or vaping. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in keeping Windward Palms a healthy and enjoyable environment for everyone.

 

🦎TROPICAL OASIS = BUGS & CRITTERS Florida's sub-tropical climate is one of its biggest draws, with warm temperatures and high humidity creating the perfect environment for an abundance of fascinating creatures. At Atlantic Palms, you may encounter insects, birds, lizards, and frogs that call this area home. It's not uncommon to spot an iguana or two outside around the residence, but don't worry, this is perfectly normal for Florida!

 

✅TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked.

 

Please note that the primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and all guests are expected to follow our house rules and procedures as outlined above.
